Technical terms, explained in a sentence or two.
NIDI (Nomor Identitas Instalasi, Installation Identity Number) is the registration number of the electrical installation in your building. Think of it as the installation’s ID — without a NIDI, the SLO cannot be issued and PLN cannot connect the power.
SLO (Sertifikat Laik Operasi, Certificate of Operational Worthiness) proves that your electrical installation was inspected and declared safe to use. It is required for both new connections and power upgrades.
NIDI and SLO are usually done within 1–3 working days after your needs are confirmed. The connection or power change by PLN follows PLN’s queue in your area — we keep track and keep you posted.
